Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil
- Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil is extracted from natural dried rich quality groundnuts.
- Oils are extracted only by pressing and crushing the seeds on a low RPM wooden churner so that the temperature during crushing should not exceed above 40 0C. It is unprocessed, with no added preservatives and chemicals.
- Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil is extracted at a very low temperature and hence it retains antioxidants, vitamin E, and micronutrients that are vital for our holistic well-being.
- The oil is more viscous and retains the flavour completely. It expands when heated during cooking, this helps in lesser consumption (at least by 30%) of oil as compared to that of the industrially processed refined oil.
